The horizontal stacker handler collects small bundles of printed folded sheets (such as flyers) from an offset printing press, and then offsets them. This operation is repeated until the desired number of copies is accumulated. The system automatically inserts top and bottom sheets into the large bundle accumulated up to the desired number of copies, binding them with one or two PP bands and automatically discharging them. It accumulates continuously in one direction, resulting in a neat alignment. There is no noise, and the followability and durability have been further improved. For ultra-high-speed operation, it achieves 5.5 bundles per minute (optional setting). It does not damage the products or disrupt the alignment of the printed materials.
